Built to be entered, not read.

Most brand firms hand you guidelines and scope the site separately. We build the flagship inside the program, launched with the brand in 8 to 12 weeks. Built to be entered, not read: WebGL, 3D, motion, and interaction that make the brand feel like the product, on a build your team can run without us, and legible to people and machines from day one.

01 — Flagship Design

Built to be entered, not read

A technology company’s website is the product before the product. It is where buyers, investors, press, and AI engines decide what you are. We design the flagship from the brand system, so the interface, the content architecture, and the motion all express the same positioning.

What the flagship is built from
01

UX and content architecture

Drawn from the strategy, not from a template.

02

Interface designed from the brand system

So the site expresses the same positioning as the identity.

03

WebGL, 3D, and interaction

Used where they make the brand feel like the product, never as decoration.

04

Motion that carries the positioning

The interface, the content, and the movement tell one story.

The result is a site people explore rather than scroll past.

02 — Web or Native

One system, every screen

The flagship is not only the marketing site. For many technology companies it includes the product surface itself: native app frontends, onboarding, and the screens a customer sees on day one. We design and build web and native from the same brand system, so the experience holds from the first search result to the first login.

Responsive by default, and consistent across desktop, tablet, and mobile, because a brand that changes between screens is not a system.

03 — Motion and Interaction

The brand in movement.

How a brand moves is part of its identity. Transitions, loading states, hover behavior, and scroll choreography are designed as a motion language and carried from the site into the product.

We build interaction to perform. Every animation is tuned for immersion without slowing the visitor down, and every effect has a reason to exist. The award-winning work behind Hearst, Leica, and Marvel was built this way: high visual fidelity, light and smooth in the browser.

Transitions

Loading states
waiting, made brand

Every second of wait is a surface the identity can own.

Hover behavior
the response to attention

Designed, not defaulted, so interaction feels like the brand.

Scroll choreography
the pace of the story

Immersion without slowing the visitor down.

04 — Web and GEO

Legible to people and machines

Buyers increasingly find companies through AI engines, not search results. The flagship is built so both can read it: SEO and GEO foundations, structured content, and analytics from day one.

001

Structured positioning and schema

Machine-readable content and schema are designed into the site rather than bolted on afterward, so AI engines can recommend you accurately.

002

Performance as a brand attribute

Fast load, clean code, and stable rendering across devices.

003

Measured, not assumed

Most engagements start with the AI Legibility Audit to measure where you stand, and the OSMOS Index sets the standard.

05 — Systems and Stewardship

A site your team can run

The flagship ships as a system: CMS, design system, and templates your team can run without calling us. We build on whatever platform fits the company, from Webflow to a custom stack, so marketing can move at the speed of the business.

Launch is the start, not the end. Stewardship keeps the flagship evolving with the product, the positioning, and the market, so the brand stays live rather than frozen at launch. New pages, campaigns, and product releases extend the system instead of breaking it.

06 — Why OSMOS for the Flagship

Never scoped separately from the brand

OSMOS is the brand company for technology companies at their defining moments. The flagship is never scoped separately from the brand. Three reasons founders and enterprise teams build with us:

Three reasons
1

One System

Strategy, identity, and the flagship are designed together by one team, so the site proves the brand instead of translating it.

2

Built for Machines Too

SEO and GEO foundations, structured content, and analytics from day one, so AI engines and search can find and recommend you.

3

Yours to Run

A build with CMS, design system, and templates your team can operate without us, on the platform that fits, plus stewardship when you want it.

07 — Timeline

How long does the flagship take?

The flagship is built inside the brand program and launched with the brand in 8 to 12 weeks. Full programs, including strategy and identity, run 8 to 16 weeks at a fixed fee. Strategy locks first, then identity and web run in parallel sprints, and you review working product throughout rather than waiting for a big reveal.
